Estimated delivery time for each region:

  USA :3-5 working days
  UK : 3-5 working days
  Australia : 3-5 working days
  Singapore :2-5 working days
  Hong Kong : 2-3 working days
Other countries : 5-10 working days

A tracking number will be provided and sent to you via our automated email notification system within 48 hours after your package has shipped.

Shipping Requirements:

 

Please NOTE- If your registered Shipping Address is different to the information linked to your Credit Card /Bank or Ns-mart member registration, you will need to leave us a note at checkout in the Comment Box / Request section.

Full details:

2. Full Shipping address
3. Contact number
4. Special requests to courier: For example: "Please leave package at front Reception of building"
Between (10.00 am-11.00 am). We will endeavor to deliver at the time as per your request
however, availability may vary by address and or country.
 

Customs:

 

In rare circumstances the package / delivery may be put on hold at Customs due to taxes (or other reasons) for more than 10 days.
Please contact us directly at info@ns-mart.com if you wish to reject the package and not pay the additional taxes.
Upon receipt of your "non damaged / used" returned package we will:

1. Re-ship Package
2. Process a full refund

Note* You must Officially reject the package to customs - Return to Sender
If you fail to officially reject the package, the local Customs or local Authority will destroy the contents and we will be unable to re-ship or refund your order.

    Return & Re-shipment

Package / contents used or broken (not accepted)
Package must be returned within 30 days

Return postage to be paid by the customer
Note* Cost of re-delivery in some circumstances will be at the Customers own expense:

1. Customer input incorrect shipping address
2. Did not receive or pick up the package as per individual country postal requirements.
3. Wrong information resulting in non-delivery

2. Package must be returned within 30 days
3. Return postage to be paid by the customer

    Refunds

Refunds will be issued if the requirements below are met.
1. Package is returned - Original Condition - no damage - contents Sealed / non used
2. Refund pricing will subject to our evaluation of the returned products and expiry date
3 Refunds are processed: on 15th and 30 /31st each month.
4. Individual Bank fees may apply (please check with your personal bank institution)
