8 Easy Recommendations on How to Lead a More Active Life, Part One

Everyone has become quite busy nowadays, not just with work, but also doing household chores and spending quality time with your family. It is easy to neglect taking care of our body, being unable to insert a little workout regimen in our day to day lives, to even spend an hour in the gym.

Thankfully, a recently concluded study at the Oregon State University reveals that being fit does not necessarily mean dedicating large amounts of time to do workouts. Short bouts of physical activity lasting at least 10 minutes each can also help bring about good health and fitness, too.

To help you with that, here are 8 easy recommendations on how to lead a more active life.

1. Take the stairs.

If your office is a little more than a few floors up, take the stairs. This simple physical activity is a great way to get the blood pumping, especially early in the morning. Carry a small bag when doing this. Get the new MFIII Bluecell Extracts AF2, too, which is an all-in-one moisturizing formula in a small bottle, to keep you looking young and fresh.

2. Take public transport.

Public transport is a great way to spend a few minutes of your day actually using your legs to get to and from places. Walk to the bus stop or navigate through metro stations. This physical activity is good for you.

3. Park your car farther in the parking lot.

When driving your own car to work, park farther away in the parking lot. That way, you will dedicate a few minutes every day doing some physical exertion by taking a brisk walk between your car and your desk in the office.

4. Force yourself to take breaks.

It is easy to become engrossed in work that it becomes easy, too, to forget taking breaks. Breaks are a great time, not just to rest, but to get the juices flowing and engage in physical exertion. Do some push-ups, sit-ups or jumping jacks.

Going to and from work does not have to mean a sedentary lifestyle. Being fit and staying young-looking can definitely be achieved with short bouts of physical activity and the MFIII Bluecell Extracts AF2. See the second part of this article here.
