Auto-Ship Terms & Conditions

Auto-Ship is a convenient way to ensure your Elix Aura premium supplements arrive on a regular basis so you never run out, saving you time & money!

By signing up to the Auto-ship program you are abiding by the following Terms & Conditions.

Auto-Ship Account and Payment

• You must subscribe as a member with a valid email address & credit card and / or debit card to set up Elix Auto-ship program.
• Auto- Ship requires a minimum of 3 months order.  You are committed to make a consecutive 3 payments for the first 3 months and cannot cancel the subscription during this period.
• By placing an auto-ship order you authorize NS-Mart to automatically place and ship your order chosen by you, on a scheduled date determined by your order frequency selection.
• Your auto-ship order total cost may vary due to charges associated with your bank. Please contact your issuing bank to confirm charges.
• Your password can be reset at http://www.ns-mart.com/subscription/elix/resend_password.php

Cancellation or changes to Auto-ship orders

• Please provide 1 month written notice for cancellations to our customer care agent at info@ns-mart.com
• To modify your subscription, you can perform the following modifications by contacting a customer care agent directly.
  •    Update billing / shipping address
  •    Change the order frequency 

• You may temporarily pause your subscription at http://www.ns-mart.com/subscription/elix/cancel_regular_payment.php   and resume your subscription at http://www.ns-mart.com/subscription/elix/restart_regular_payment.php
• To update your payment information ie. Credit card number,  please visit  http://www.ns-mart.com/subscription/elix/change_card.php

Ns-mart reserves the right to update & revise the Auto-ship conditions at any time.   Details will be posted on the website of any changes.
