1. The Avocado-Orange Facial Scrub: 

Mix avocado, orange juice, honey and your favorite essential oil together (lavender is an excellent choice), and then apply it to your face generously. Leave it on your face for about a half an hour, before rinsing your face with warm water. This sweet-scented facial mask helps to remove dead skin cells together with deep down dirt. As a result, your skin definitely looks cleaner and brighter!

2. The Sugar Scrub:

Brown sugar mixed with honey and lemon juice enhances and revitalizes your skin into healthy skin. Sugar is a great natural source of glycolic acid - which helps to promote new cell production. Honey is comprised of a lot of antioxidants, which are beneficial for reducing inflammation along with attracting moisture to your skin.

3. An “Early Morning Coffee,” Facial Scrub:

Okay, we’ll be honest – we truly enjoy the humorous name we’ve given this facial scrub! But in all actuality, coffee is another effective natural exfoliation - which has anti-inflammatory properties, due to its acid content! To make it, you just mix ground coffee with water or olive oil and then apply it to your face. We would recommend mixing it with olive oil though, for our clients with dryer skin types.

4. An Oatmeal Facial Scrub:

Oatmeal, is the perfect gentle exfoliation and it’s great for sensitive facial skin too! Mix the following ingredients altogether: ground oatmeal, salt, water or olive oil (olive oil is more recommended for our sensitive skin clients though). Then apply the mixture to your face in circular motion, leave it on your face for about 5 to 10 minutes and rinse with warm water. Oatmeal actually helps to remove surface dirt, impurities and dead skin cells away from your skin while olive oil or water will increase hydration in your skin. Moreover, you can mix oatmeal with onions - which contain a lot of anti-inflammatory properties, which can aid to reduce the appearance of acne scars.

5. The Lemon and yogurt Facial Scrub:
